Leaders: Next Steps for PLC Support

Thank you for participating in the Office of School Improvement’s PLC Implementation Kick-Off on June 20 at Highland Middle School. I hope the event was beneficial as we begin the support process for PLCs. By July 15, you will receive a survey and invitation to set up an initial planning meeting. The survey will help us understand where you are in the PLC implementation process. Additionally, each specialist has been reviewing your data on Compass to gain a better understanding of school demographics and state assessment performance.


Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or requests. This is the first time the Indiana Department of Education has provided this type of support and we are extremely excited! Your feedback is critical throughout the process. Our goal is attain significant success with your district and expand support to more schools in the future.
