SBHS Partners for Safe Teen Driving Presentation

Please complete this Google Form to register for Stone Bridge's Partners for Safe Teen Driving Presentations this fall. Only Stone Bridge students can attend, and the full log-in details will be emailed out to all confirmed students on the day of the presentation. Each date is limited to 250 participants in total. Each family should log in on the student's LCPS Chromebook, and an adult and student must both be present and visible on camera during the presentation.

Homecoming Parade

Would you like your club or community organization to participate in the 2021 Stone Bridge Homecoming Parade on October 8th? If so, please fill out this contact form so we can provide you with the information needed in order to participate.

AP Exam Information

Parents of AP students, please keep an eye out for an email from Mr. Flynn about the Advanced Placement (AP) exams for this school year. His email will include vital information about the exam schedule, registration information, and important news about AP exam costs. Parents and students can access additional information through the College Board’s site and the LCPS website. If you have further questions about AP exams, don’t hesitate to contact your student’s Testing Coordinator, Mr. Ausel,

iReady Assessment Parent Information

Stone Bridge students will participate in an online computer-adaptive assessment called i-Ready, which provides information about overall reading performance. The assessment takes about 45-60 minutes, and the results of the assessment will be shared in Parent Vue. The tests will be administered in English classes September 7th-24th and makeups will be September 27th- 30th. Please see this letter for more information.

Free Breakfast and Lunch Clarificaton

Breakfast and lunch are provided to students each day free of charge. The lunch includes an entree, fruit, vegetable, and milk. However, when students get an extra entre or additional al carte items, charges still apply.

Vegetarian Student Focus Group

We will host a student focus group for vegetarians on Friday, September 17th, at 8:30 AM in the cafeteria. This group will sample some of the new vegetarian meal options that the county plans and provide their feedback.

Email Mrs. Diloreta if you are interested in attending.

School Improvement Plan Parent Group

If you would like to participate in the parent group to help create the 2021-2022 School Improvement Plan, please fill out this form.

Vision & Hearing Screening

The 2021/22 Vision and Hearing Screening has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 14th, and Wednesday, September 15th. This is a state-mandated screening of all 10th graders and students new to the county. The good news is that we will have a screening team!

Students need to wear contacts and/or bring their glasses to the vision screening on those two days.

Chromebook Tech Desk Update

It is imperative that students remember their Chromebooks and chargers every day to school. Unfortunately, we do not currently have loaners available for students who simply forgot their devices; the limited number of loaners we do have are for students with broken devices.

Dulles Plane Pull

The Dulles Plane Pull has been moved to October 23, 2021. This year only preregistered team participants can attend the event. Please join Stone Bridge's team if you would like to participate in the event. If you aren't able to attend the event in person, please consider donating to Stone Bridge's team to support the Bulldogs and Special Olympics. A portion of the proceeds will directly benefit the Special Olympics athletes in Ashburn.

Please contact Carla Davis or Kathryn Zielinski with any questions.

First Day of School Information in ParentVue

Please sign into ParentVUE to complete the Online Verification process as part of Loudoun County Public Schools’ (LCPS’) First Day of School Information initiative. This process is required for all families to review and update important information about their students as we begin the 2021-22 school year, and must be completed no later than Friday, September 24. Once completed, you will be able to view student schedules in ParentVUE.

If you do not have a ParentVUE account, please contact Lori Clairmont to request an Activation Letter.

Attendance Reporting

This year, we are excited to welcome our new attendance secretary, Barbra Entremont, to the SBHS main office team.

Please review this Attendance FAQ document.

Rowing Fundraiser

It’s time to THINK PINK! Stone Bridge Rowing is thrilled to announce our first fundraising event of the year: Flocking! The team is hosting a Flamingo Flocking fundraiser that will raise money for the team through community donations, raise awareness of our sport, increase team unity, and be fun! From August 26 - September 12, flocks of plastic yard flamingos will migrate to various yards within the Stone Bridge HS community. “Victims” (flocking recipients), for a donation, have the opportunity to send the flock to another friend or neighbor. Recipients are not required to make a donation – the flock will fly (be collected by the team) after 24 hours regardless. The flocks will make their debut in front of Stone Bridge HS on the first day of school! Take a selfie with a bird and post it to social media along with the QR code - lots of hype will lead to greater success! Flock order form: Please visit for more info.!
