Ann Reid Families,
Thank you to all of our families for ensuring your children are arriving on time and ready to learn. Starting a regular routine now will set you up for success for the future. See below for tips on establishing a bedtime routine.
This week we will be welcoming our families into the school for Curriculum Night. Our AM families should plan to meet with their teachers at 6:00 and our PM families should plan to meet with their teachers at 6:45PM. This is an "adults only" event to learn about what and how your children will learn this year. Please plan to view this video prior to Curriculum Night in order to maximize the time you have with your teachers.
We look forward to see you this week!
Love,
A.J.

Welcome to Ann Reid! This is a health requirement by the Illinois State Board of Education.

- High quality preschool has many benefits! The routines your child develops will continue throughout school. Make the most of learning by encouraging your child to attend every day.
- Work with your child to set a regular bedtime and morning routine. Lay out clothes and pack backpacks the night before. Share ideas with other parents for getting to school on time.

Car Rider Reminders:
Car Arrival:
Families arriving by car should plan to arrive early during these first few weeks. Children waiting in the car line can begin putting on their masks, coats, etc. while they wait. Thank you for patiently remaining in the car line and pull forward when instructed. Families should support the process by getting out of the car to help your children in and out of their seats. Staff members will come to your car to escort your child into the building.
Car Dismissal:
Families arriving for dismissal should plan to arrive early during these first few weeks. Families should support the process by getting out of the car to help your children in and out of their seats. Thank you for patiently remaining in the car line and pull forward when instructed. A staff member will be around to read the number on your hanger and communicate where you are in line. Staying in the line until you have your child will ensure a smooth and orderly process. Please do not pass cars until you have your child with you.
If you do not have a car hanger, then please park in the lot and walk into the front office with a photo identification.
Together We Can. Together We Will.
