Attendance Data

Attendance Highlights

The charts above show updated attendance data for the year. The two pie charts are based on students attendance percent for 2nd quarter. (i.e. 0-2 absences equals 100-95% attendance).

Also, you will receive a 2nd Quarter Attendance calendar to share with some families at conferences this week. Those students with 10 or more tardy or absences for the year will receive a 2nd quarter print out. Some of the calendars indicate patterns of attendance concerns and some indicate improvement. If parents have any questions or concerns feel free to direct them to office.

A few highlights:

  • We are holding steady at 96% for both attendance and tardies as a school.
  • 93% of students had 4 or less absences and 81% had 0-2.
  • 90% of students had 4 or less tardies and 84% had 0-2.
  • 4% (absences) and 5% (tardies) had less than 85% (six or more) in 2nd quarter.
  • 94 students had perfect attendance 2nd quarter
  • 262 students will be added to the Wall of Fame

Thank you for all you do to help our students be here and on time. We will also be updating the Wall of Fame for 2nd Quarter. Students will have a star added to their name if they achieved 95% on time and present.
