March 29th 2021 Week 28
Her we go! This week we shift into our new Hybrid Schedule starting on Monday. We are VERY excited to welcome some students back to campus in the afternoon and to continue serving all of our students through virtual learning online. Please read below as we have several items for your information concerning our move into the Hybrid model. We are excited for this new phase of this unique school year and we are here to support your students and your family in any ways that we can.
Student schedules are entered into Homelink/AERIES. You can find information on reopening and how to look up your student's schedule here.
*If your student has an 8th period class that indicates they are in person on either Monday/Tues (Group A) or Thur/Fri (Group B). The days can be seen next to the class.
*If you student has a 9th period class, they are scheduled for Virtual Learning Support in the afternoon and their class will be held online. These will also either be scheduled for Mon/Tue or Thur/Fri.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Starting this week ALL distance learning classes will begin at 8:30am. Please note this change and make sure students are up and ready to learn.
MONDAY, 3/29: DL Classes begin at 8:30. ALL students' class schedules stay the same for the morning DL classes. Students attending in person will begin classes at 12:55-3:00pm. THERE ARE FORMS BELOW THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE A STUDENT CAN COME ONTO CAMPUS.
WEDNESDAY, 3/31: Students will meet with their Advisory class.
THURSDAY, 4/1: Students will meet with their regular Thursday classes ODD periods (1,3,5,7). Thursday/Friday In-Person students will meet with their class at 12:55.

FRIDAY, 4/2: NO SCHOOL CESAR CHAVEZ DAY
MONDAY 4/5-4/9: NO SCHOOL SPRING BREAK
HYBRID LEARNING MODEL DETAILS...
All Students-----Students will attend all of their current classes in the mornings. 8:30-11:55 on Mon/Thur and 11:05 on Tues/Fri. Wednesdays will not change and students will meet with their Advisory classes virtually.
100% Distance Learning Students---Virtual classes in the mornings. Students will be assigned to virtual support classes in the afternoon for two hours a day two days a week. The other 2 days will be independent/asynchronous learning time.
Hybrid In Person Learning Students--- Virtual classes in the mornings. Students will be assigned to either Group A or Group B and will attend either on Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday. 12:55-3PM. The other 2 days will be independent/asynchronous learning time at home.
