These summaries are not meant to replace minutes. The minutes for each meeting are approved and posted after the next regularly scheduled meeting. Strategic Plan Update | watch

Superintendent Kaczkowski introduced Strategic Planning Consultant Dr. Steve Webb. Dr. Webb presented an overview of the strategic planning process and shared some of the work that has already been accomplished. He went through the draft Vision, Mission and Beliefs, as well as Foundational Pillars. Dr. Webb answered Board member questions and engaged in conversation related to Board member suggestions.
