McDonalds Franchise
McDonalds was popular back in the 1950's and still is today. The McDonald brother came up with an efficient service, based on an assembly-line methods. It was a small drive-in restaurant. The menu was simple, 15 cent burgers and mechanized their kitchen. Since then McDonalds is all over the world. Salesman Ray Kroc paid the McDonalds 2.7 million for the franchise rights to the hamburger drive-in.
FCC Regulation
The FCC was an independent United States government agency. It is charged with regulating interstate and international communications by radio, wire, television, satellite and cable. The FCC is directed by 5 commissioners appointed by the president. The President designates one of the Commissioners to serve as Chairperson. Only 3 commissioners can be in the same party. Non of them can have financial interest in any commission-related business.
