Summary
Stewart is a middle aged man who is forced to live on the beach because the government forbids opening any doors. For ten years Stewart wanders around the beach, no where to go, no family, living in fear. Stewart decides to use his intelligence and find a way past this. He must invent something to get past this and find a way that he can sleep or else he will die.
Man Who Never Slept
Stewart was a man who could never sleep.
Government orders that no door is to be opened for ten years.
Stewart is a smart man and finds a way past this law.
Bio
Derrick Fenneman is a 17 year old student from North Fayette Valley. He was born in West Union, Iowa and has lived there all his life. He wrote the short story "Man Who Never Slept" because it was an assignment in his Creative Writing class.
