The best advantage is that u can have multiple people on the Cart and can be pulled by horses and that means you don't have to walk!! they are a pretty slow way to travel. And if u like a slow ride this would be a good ride for you!!

The Red River Cart was so squeaky. And thats about the only thing bad about them.
The History.
Alexander was one of the witnesses at the first appearances of the red river cart or the Ox cart. The cart ws made of no iron or any type of metal and was made of animal hide and was able to hold as much as 1,000 pounds!!
