Lincoln High School
December 4, 2023
Dear Lincoln Students and Families,
Quarter 2 Progress Report Period
The end of the quarter 2 progress report period was Friday, December 1. Please take a moment to check your student’s PowerSchool to ensure your student’s grades are on track. Quarter 2 ends on January 19.
Winter Break
Please note SDUSD schools will be closed from December 18 - to January 2. School attendance is essential to students' success. We respectfully ask parents/guardians not to schedule vacations that take place during scheduled instruction time. Please reference the school CALENDAR when planning vacations.
Aspen Challenge
Aspen Challenge is a team sport similar to Shark Tank but for community solutions. A team of 8 students will choose a community problem and learn how to work as a team to find a solution for that problem. The teams will pitch their solution in June and the top three teams go to Aspen Colorado (free trip).
Why join? Great experience to be part of a solution. Meet great people, stretch, and grow your abilities. Great for college and job applications.
The meeting will be on Wednesday at lunch in Room 405.
