The Book Fair is coming!

Our library will be hosting the spring semester Book Fair, from March 6th to the 13th. With a great selection of books for our students to choose from, everyone can head to Spring Break with the best reading materials in hand.

Remember you can set up an eWallet for your kids. That way you can set a fixed amount for them to spend at the book fair without having to send cash. Visit the Lipscomb Elementary account in the Scholastic website to purchase books, or set your eWallet.

Donuts with Doc

Join us for Donuts with Doc in the library this Wednesday, March 4th at 8:30 a.m. This is a great opportunity to stay up to date about the school's activities, events, and overall information.

Dine & Donate at Toasted

Eat at Toasted Kitchen on Ross this Thursday, March 5th and mention our school!

They will donate 20% of Lipscomb specific sales to our school. So, be sure and tell your server you are there to eat and support Lipscomb Elementary.

Spring Planting

Our Garden heroes will be working on their spring planting on March 11th and 12th. If you would like to help your kid's class you can email us to get the scheduled time in the garden. Each class has a 30-minute slot between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. You can also help in the garden regardless of the scheduled time for your child's class. Any and all volunteers must sign in at the school's office and be approved via Voly.

Lipscomb Yearbook

Purchase your Yearbook in advance!

Visit our Spirit Store online to order your 2019-2020 Yearbook in advance. Students can send their pictures and a lucky, talented student could showcase their art in this year's cover!

Cover Art Contest

Deadline extended to Monday, March 9th!

Students are invited to submit original art for the yearbook cover! The theme is "Lions are Thinkers".

All of our students will vote, and the winner gets his or her art on the cover and a free yearbook! Please turn in entries to Ms. Acevedo.

We also still have spots for the yearbook club. This will be an after school activity for 3rd-5th graders, to design the yearbook pages. Email if interested.

Picture Day

Our students will be having their individual and class pictures taken on March 10th.

Friday, March 13th is Career Day!

Professionals from our community will be talking to our students about a day in their lives at work.

Spring Break 2020

Our school will go on Spring Break from March 16th to the 20th.

We will resume classes on Monday, March 23rd.

Football Summer Camp at Woodrow Wilson HS
