Robert meets the daughter of the scientist, Vittoria Vetra, and she tells him that what they were working on is extremely dangerous, and that it has been stolen. They then travel to the Vatican City, where conclave is in session, and follow the clues hidden by the Illuminati in Vatican City to find the antimatter, which was what Vittoria and her father were working on.
