Vision
#OnANewLevel
I hope you had a great and relaxed weekend and are now refreshed for our second week in school. We started #OnANewLevel very strong; based on what I saw last week, I know that our students are very blessed to have a group of dedicated and enthusiastic educators as part of their educational path.
We had the opportunity to welcome approximately 640 scholars who came to our classrooms eager and willing to learn. I know that by the end of the week, we all felt exhausted yet excited because our students responded very well to us. Also, we know all of the hard work will provide dividends in the long run. There was evidence of...
- creating a positive classroom and school culture
- caring teachers and staff as we welcomed and got to know our students
- students having fun in the learning and being a part of our school
- students being engaged in purposeful activities
- teachers providing quality instruction
- determining students' areas of strength and areas of need
Let's continue to work hard being very purposeful in the planning and execution of each lesson; also, continue to strengthen your team as you build trust as the foundation of a high effective team. By doing so, it will make a difference for you and will support our students in getting the best education possible.
We want to ensure that, with our dedicated work, growth mindset, high expectations, and inspiring relationships, our students will be ready for a bright future with a life of opportunities.
