The Rainwater Tanks
Richard J Lee provides a 20,000 gallon underground tank for rainwater collection and it's used to flush toilets and for plumbing. They also have a 10,000 gallon aboveground tank to water there grass and other land. Richard J Lee reduced its water consumption by about 40%. Taxpayers pay for it, as they agreed upon it in a bond election.
Rainwater Tank
This is a rainwater tank that harvests rainwater for the school. The tanks are different sizes so they have different amounts of water that can be held.
Rainy areas
You want to really use this tool in areas where lots of rainfall is common. You wouldn't want to have a rainwater tank in California in the middle of a drought!
Installing it
There were many people who helped install the rainwater tank for Lee Elementry. Some of them were: general contractor, Balfour Betty. Civil engineer, Stantec talley associate. Mechanical engineers, CTMA engineers.
