The idea behind FIT groups is simply for you to find your fit through what you're interested in. It's about social wellness. Fitness should be fun! Be it climbing stairs to reach Pikes Peak, running in a group with a common goal in mind, dancing calories away with Zumba, comparing Body Age notes, learning new yoga poses, sharing clean eating recipes or meeting in Ciao for your healthy lunch, you can find your FIT!
