Winthrop University/Clemson University Ed.S./Ed.D Consortium for Innovative Educational Practice
The Richard W. Riley College of Education and the Clemson College of Education are pleased to announce a joint endeavor to offer a unique program for educational leaders who desire a Specialist in Educational Leadership (Ed.S.) degree and are also interested in a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree. Through the Consortium for Innovative Educational Practice, individuals who successfully complete the Ed.S. at Winthrop become eligible to apply for licensure as a superintendent. Interested Ed.S. completers may matriculate into the Ed.D. program through Clemson University. All credit hours earned through the Winthrop Ed.S. will count toward the Clemson Ed.D.
