Housekeeping
- Feedback from the February 20th professional development was overwhelmingly positive. Almost everyone enjoyed the reduced sessions with longer time periods. Presenters were able to also take part in PD which was a win-win!
- Grading bucket opens today 2/24 and closes on Tuesday, 2/28. Please have your grades to Ilia on time :)

Wolf Howls
Brendon sends a howl of gratitude to Vicky Abeyta for covering a class so that a teacher could attend an ARD. This was a need that arose at the last minute and Vicky was happy to help however she could!
Vicky Abeyta would like to thankful wolf howl Leah Stephens for the chocolate candy bar when I needed the most! I am so lucky to room with someone who is willing to give up her only Kit-Kat for someone in need!
Sherri and Kate sends a thankful howl to Bailey for all of her time and hard work with helping organize Career Day.
Tabetha sends out a loud howl to Lisa Grimes for the extra construction paper! She saved the day!

A proud howl goes to the CTMS faculty for a great showcase on Tuesday night. It was especially good to see so many incoming 5th graders and their parents in attendance. Special thanks to band, choir, theater, cheer, and dance teams for their participation in a great assembly! (Angela)

Alex gives a hard working howl to Kate Burkhart, Sherri Golliver, Lisa Miller (parent), Nate Dunn, and everyone else who worked behind the scenes to make CTMS Career Day 2017 a huge success! Many, many, hours on organization, communication, and logistics were logged to make this a wonderful production for the kids!

Nikki would like to send a loud howl to all of the coaches. It was a busy week with track try-outs and preparing for the first meet. They have so many late nights and early mornings and I never hear them complain! You guys are the best!!!

Alex sends an organizational howl to Bridget for organizing and running off over 1000 copies (in their appropriate colors) of Showcase fliers for our staff. Parents were happy to take away a little more information to help them feel better prepared for the coming years.

Alex gives an audio-visual howl to Nick, Nate, and Oscar for making sure Art was displayed on the monitors and sound was ready in the gym for all of our performances!
Alex gives a holding down the fort howl to Angela for having to hold down the administrators' fort while Brendon was out most of the week in Austin. She conducted three sessions of PD, handled all the discipline, ARDS, TELPAS, LPAC, observations, and not to mention ran the school by herself on Wednesday in my absence. She is a huge addition to our Pack and we wouldn't have the success we experience without her!
Renee would like to send a howl to Beverly for helping her clean the Silver Dancer's routines before their competition.

Cheryl howls for Rachel for organizing an excellent design challenge for our 6th and 7th grade students. It was a blast working with the kids and watching them develop and re-develop designs for flying!
Dave A howls out to our administrators for helping us secure the Freck game for 8th grade. I have started using it and the kids are all buzzing over the use of this unconventional learning tool.

She wears SO MANY hats and works her wolf tail off making amazing opportunities happen for our wolves in an organized, calm and effective manner. I want to be her when I grow up!
