What can i get protein from?

Many foods such as meats and dairy products have different types of proteins, but the best and most efficient way of getting protein is by eating fish or eggs, which have the highest amount of protein in them.

It's important to consume protein because without it things such as poor growth and abnormal skin diseases may occur, but it is also important not to consume to much, which could lead to weight gain, dehydration, and even heart diseases.

Well the truth is, it's not. Protein takes part in many interesting things such as regeneration which allows your skin to heal and grow back. By eating the right amount of it on a regular basis, it can also decrease stress by stabilizing hormones.

Proteins (An original poem)

Proteins are the building block of cells

Reactions would be impossible without them

Only protein can stabilize the body's needs

They can relieve you of stress

Eating protein will strengthen your immune system

It has chemical properties that help you heal faster

No better nutrient than protein
