What does protein have to do with the body?
Proteins do most of the work in cells and are required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs. Protein is a major energy source, helps in the creation of hormones, increase the amount of chemical reactions in the body, and help fight against infection.
What can i get protein from?
Many foods such as meats and dairy products have different types of proteins, but the best and most efficient way of getting protein is by eating fish or eggs, which have the highest amount of protein in them.
Why should i watch my protein intake?
It's important to consume protein because without it things such as poor growth and abnormal skin diseases may occur, but it is also important not to consume to much, which could lead to weight gain, dehydration, and even heart diseases.
Why is protein boring
Well the truth is, it's not. Protein takes part in many interesting things such as regeneration which allows your skin to heal and grow back. By eating the right amount of it on a regular basis, it can also decrease stress by stabilizing hormones.
Nuts
Nuts and any food with nuts in it is a great source of protein
White meats
White meats are a great source of protein that also have other health benefits
Red meats
Red meats are a good source of protein, but take your body longer to digest

Reactions would be impossible without them
Only protein can stabilize the body's needs
They can relieve you of stress
Eating protein will strengthen your immune system
It has chemical properties that help you heal faster
No better nutrient than protein
