Georgia v. Randolph
I'm Talking About FREEDOM! (Amendment 4)
How it went down?
Basically what happened was the Police searched Randolph's home without a warrant and found cocaine in his household. The case was brought to the Supreme Court and the court members decided that the police did not have the right to search Randolph's home and Randolph won the case.
The Question?
Do the Police have the right to search his house without a warrant?
Our Opinion:
Our opinion is that Randolph was right and does not have the right to be searched without a warrant. I think he should not be charged and should not have the right to searched according to amendment 4.
