Fine Arts Update!
CHOIR:
The Flo Mo Choir is hosting their Spring Coffeehouse on Tuesday evening, March 8th, at 7 pm over in the FM9 Cafeteria. Cost is $5 -- it’s like an “open mic night”.
THEATRE:
One Act Play - Advanced to the Next Round!
Award winners: Sophia Reetz, Sophia Campbell, Lauren Rodriguez, Nadine El-Baghdady, Heather Sims, and Riley Grippo
The next round of the Tournament is on March 18th, at LHS.
BAND:
Congrats to the (literally) hundreds of Band entries (539 of them!) receiving “Superior” ratings at the LISD Band Solo & Ensemble Festival on Saturday (this was the same day as the One Act Play…Saturday was an especially good day to be a Jag!).
WINTERGUARD:
Congratulations also go to the Flower Mound Winterguards. The ‘A class’ guard was named a WGI finalist at the Winterguard International Dallas Regional and promoted a classification to ‘National A.’ The World Class Guard also made finals at the WGI Dallas Regional and won their class.
