Super quick, highly effective, and free

Jog to the park, meet us at the top of the stairs for a quick stretch. We'll run up and down the stairs 5 times with a different exercise on each landing on the way down. High intensity with minimal rest in between.

Starts October 29th - PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOU ARE IN!

Starting Tuesdays & Thursdays before work at 6:45 AM

And potentially after work on Mondays and Wednesdays as well if there is both enough interest and run leaders.

I can't do this alone and I am neither a fitness expert nor a personal trainer. If you have trained on stairs before or think you could lead a run, please get in contact.
