Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because your body use that energy from the food. When your sleep your body will fast and so when you wake up, you will be hungry and that's your nutrition.

Ham and Cheese on English muffin with carrot sticks and grapefruit juice.

A beagle and a yogurt- juice drink.

Three excuses and solutions "Im not hungry... Excuse me... or No Thank you."
