Absolutely everyone - whether you are a serious athlete, weekend warrior or just getting off the couch - can benefit from improved core strength. Pilates can help improve your balance, coordination, posture and movement skills. Wondering exactly how? Join Jenna Woodbury on Wednesday nights in July from 5:30-6:30pm for a class that will support your practice whether you are just getting started or have been practicing for years. We will cover modified, basic and more challenging exercises, and Jenna will work with you to design a routine based on your specific needs.
