The first month of school has been an incredible start at Paul Kane. Thanks so much for your support and patience over the past weeks as we ease into the new school year. Once again, it was wonderful to have a mini-conference, our meet the teacher evening, a back to school BBQ, and an epic tailgate at our first home football game! We would like you to encourage your child to check out the different clubs and activities that run everyday at our school throughout the year. This is a great way to get involved, meet new friends, and to have an opportunity to try something new and experience our Blues school spirit!

PST CONFERENCES

Parent Student Teacher (PST) Conferences serve as a way to communicate with all concerned in a student’s progress. PST Conferences for this semester will take place over two separate weeks. The dates are as follows:


Wednesday, October 19 - 5:00 – 8:00 pm

Wednesday, October 26 – 5:00 – 8:00 pm

CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE - in November

This celebratory event honours excellence in scholastic studies as well as outstanding achievement in specialized areas. This year's celebration will be held in November. For more information please visit our website pkhs.spschools.org

CLOSING CEREMONY AND ALUMNI LAST LOOK EVENT - NOVEMBER

As we get closer to moving into our new digs in January, we are also planning to say goodbye to the place we have called home for the past 50 years! A closing ceremony for our current building and opportunity for alumni to walk the halls one last time will be happening in late November. Details will be coming soon!

YEARBOOK 2022-2023

Don’t forget to order one of these great keepsakes. Sign on to your PowerSchool Parent account in early October and click on the Student Fees “Additional Items” section. Click on the Yearbook 2022-2023 Icon to add it to your cart. You need to pay for the yearbook before exiting the screen in order for your order to be processed.
