Monday Sept 2 - Making learning accessible
Making learning accessible-using assistive technologies to support students who struggle with literacy.
In this workshop Andrew Dobson & Kevin Daly will introduce assistive elearning solutions that will help support all learners in diverse classrooms. This session is ideal for teachers in special settings and educators in schools who work with students with special needs in the classroom.
The solutions we will show you today are highly customisable to meet specific needs, support different learning styles and are highly engaging. We will offer effective strategies to integrate the technologies to best support improved learning
Participants will leave the session with ideas that can be applied the next day in the classroom.

In this workshop Kevin Daly will introduce key Microsoft elearning solutions. He will focus on how OneNote, Office Products (including Office 365) and Window 8 and can be used in school settings to enhance student learning outcomes, as well as teacher efficiency and productivity. Participants will leave the session with ideas that can be applied the next day in their schools.
