Happy Grandparents Day!
One School, One Book
Starting tomorrow, September 20th - October 8th, our school is reading the same book together as a reading community! The title will be announced during school on Monday. Set aside just 15 minutes per day to read one chapter of the book as a family! The reading schedule will be on a bookmark that your student will receive along with their copy of the book. Be sure to follow along, because there will be daily trivia questions with prizes to be won!
Curriculum Night is this Tuesday, September 21
PTO, Project Learn, and our ESL Coach will have a table near the learning stairs with activities and resources. Spirit shirts will also be available for purchase.
If your child has dyslexia lessons, please stop by to see Ms. Thibodeaux, our Reading Interventionist, in her classroom to say hello!
All homeroom teachers will present from their classrooms, except all second grade will be in the library.
All presentations will be posted in your homeroom teacher's Canvas for you to reference after the event.

Join PTO!
Our PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is Parents & Teachers collaborating to make a positive impact in the lives of our children!
Kindergarten and PK won our membership contest for back to school with more than half of them enrolled as members!
It's not too late for everyone else to join! Let's play catch up and see if another grade level can pass them up!
From Ms. Wilson: They'd LOVE your time and support, but if nothing else, please join by paying your dues. Paying your dues does not require you to attend meetings, but does finance all of their efforts to support high quality instructional experiences for ALL of our Williams Wranglers!
Membership Dues are $15 per family, pay here: www.Williams.ptboard.com/home
You may also order a PTO spirit shirt at the link above!
Also join our PTO Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/ManfordWilliamsPTO
