WELLNESS WEDNESDAY April 29, 2020
From the Principal & Health Office
Hello Coyote Families!
These are certainly unprecedented times. We are all facing increasing demands, working and teaching from home, caring for loved ones amid growing concern about all the unknowns around us. More than ever, we must remain positive, hopeful and encourage one another.
When I saw this video earlier this week, it reminded me of the community of Carver and how we stand together in times of need. Here we are in the midst of COVID-19 and once again, we must stay strong because it is together that will make us better. While we must maintain social distancing at this time, the concept of team work as demonstrated in this video does not change.
Take A Look...and Remember...we are in this together.
With Appreciation for All that you are Doing,

Resilience Circles: What Are They?
Learn how to center your family by centering yourself.
We know this is an extremely difficult time for many families. We can't change the wider circumstances created by the pandemic and the economic fallout, but we can strengthen our resilience to deal with its challenges.
Parents and caregivers are invited to join this FREE practical skill building weekly circle. Each session provides the opportunity for strengthening personal and family resilience. Through virtual small group exercises and resilient handouts, participants will examine protective patterns and practice simple, effective, research-based centering skills.
Six weekly sessions on Zoom
