In 1898, the Hitler family moved to Linz. Adolf lived in Vienna between February 1908- May 1913. Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889. he died on April 30, 1945. Hitler was the leader (chancellor) of Germany.
Hitler's family moved to Linz in 1898. Hitler lived in Linz until February 1908, he moved to Vienna. When Adolf's was 9 his family moved to Linz (1898). Adolf's father was Alois Hitler, and his mother is Klara Hitler. Hitler fought bitterly with his father, who wanted him to enter the Habsburg civil service. After his father's death, Hitler eventually persuaded his mother, Klara Hitler, to permit him to pursue his dream to become an artist. As she lay dying of breast cancer in the autumn of 1907, Hitler took the entrance exam to the Vienna Academy of the Arts and failed to gain acceptance. Hitler moved to Vienna in February 1908, he was about to be the age of 19. Hitler lived in Vienna between February 1908 - May 1913. By the end of 1909 Hitler knew real poverty as his sources of income dried up.
