16 Year Olds Driving
Should 16 year olds be able to drive?
16 year olds should be able to drive?
I think 16 year olds should be able to drive because it has been the law forever so why change it now?
How would they get to school/work?
Without 16 year olds being able to drive, their parent guardian(s) would have to drive them everywhere and I don't think they want to drive them around everywhere until they're 25.
If they get their licence, shouldn't they be able to drive?
If they take their driving test and pass, they should get there licence because that means they know how to drive and get the basics of it. Also, not only teens get in car crashes. There are some people that are a the age of 20-60 and STILL get in car crashes so they shouldn't have to raise the age because of that.
It makes them responsible!
With their licence, it would make teens way more responsible than it would without their licence. They would learn how to save money for gas, and other important things. Also, it would teach them to be on their own which would help them in the future when they move by themselves or with a significant other.
