Alongside I'll post why these foods are healthy and what nutrients you are obtaining from them. I love creating meals with natural, fresh and unprocessed foods that are also accessible. My recipes are mostly low in fat and cholesterol and with heart healthy ingredients that also help maintain a steady glycemic index.
