Dear Alamo Families,
We did it! We reopened the new school year together with a collaborative effort by parents, students, and staff. Thank you for your patience; waiting for updates was most challenging. Thank you to the teachers and staff who worked countless hours to prepare for the reopening. However, the work has just begun. Please continue to share your feedback on your child(ren) 's experience with remote learning to guide our decisions in navigating distance learning. Our partnership strengthens our resolve to meet every student's needs.
I want to welcome our new families! Please join us next week at a virtual meeting to learn more about Alamo. As soon as it is safe for mass gathering, our PTA has several fun activities planned for this year that will provide parents the opportunity to meet other parents and children. I encourage every parent to become a member of our PTA. Furthermore, parents are essential to the success of their children. They are the first to know whether their child is enjoying school, whether their child needs special attention in a specific subject. Please don't hesitate to share any concerns you have with your child's teacher. Our commitment to your child is genuine, and the teachers' interaction with you is essential to your child's education.
Stay safe and healthy!
Warm regards,
Mrs. Salazar

Each class will be divided into similar instruments and will be 30 minutes long. The first class will start on Monday, August 31. Please make sure that your child has his/her instrument and assigned music book. Music students are expected to participate for the entire year and are required to practice an average of 15 minutes daily.
