Knightly Update April 30, 2023
ACP High School - Edition Vol 2 Issue 37
________________________________________
Hello. It was a great week having the opportunity to recognize so many of our students at the underclass awards ceremonies, CEF luncheon, and at our last assembly of the year. It is such an honor to celebrate with our students and staff the numerous accolades our school community accomplishes throughout the year. Great work, Knights.
The final month of the school year is upon us. With the start of May, comes the first week of AP testing. I wish all our students that are taking an AP exam the best of luck. Remember to take a deep breath, relax and trust yourself. You got this! Good luck
Is there a better way to kick off AP testing than by holding the final spirit week of the quarter at the same time? I think not! I encourage our students and staff to come together as a school community and participate in the daily themes while having some fun as we celebrate the last spirit week of the year. The daily themes are below. And a reminder to our juniors and seniors to make plans to attend your Junior/Senior Prom on Saturday. This year's prom is being held at Bella Rose Estate in Chandler from 8:00-11:00. Ticket information is below. I look forward to seeing you all at our 2023 Prom! Please contact administration if you have any questions. Have fun!
Congratulations to the cast and crew of "Clue!" The production was fantastic and the energy displayed on stage was remarkable. The students on stage and behind the scenes were amazing and I enjoyed seeing both casts perform. Awesome job! Thank you to Mr. Bozovich for the work he put forth directing our young thespians on their mysterious adventure. Great work, everyone!
Each year, the district holds an art showcase exhibiting the creative works of students throughout CUSD. Several pieces from our own ACP Knights are included in this year's showcase. Their art is currently on exhibit at the Chandler Center for the Arts Gallery through May 12th. The gallery is open Monday-Friday from 10-5, and on Saturday from 12-5. If you haven't done so, you should take some time to go and view the amazing talents of our students and of high school students throughout CUSD. It is a very impressive display. Great work!
Our volleyball, baseball, and tennis teams begin or continue state tournament play this week. Congratulations to all the athletes on these teams for a successful regular season and best of luck in this year's tournament. We will all be rooting for you and wishing you success as you compete for a state championship. I hope to see our students at the various games. Congratulations to our softball team and to our individual and doubles tennis athletes on the fight you gave in your state tournaments to "move to the right." You put forth an incredible effort and we are proud of you. Great work! Don't forget to check out our school's social media to learn how the teams do throughout the various tournaments. Good luck, and Go KNIGHTS!!

Anton Uniforms Spring Sale
We are excited to announce that Anton Uniforms will have a sale on all purchases made between April 14th and May 13th, 2023. During this time, families will receive a 10% discount on their order by entering the coupon code: 10OFF when shopping online, or by mentioning the code to our associates in-store.
This is an excellent opportunity to stock up on school uniforms as families will also benefit from our current lower prices before they're adjusted to reflect recent supplier price increases which begin on June 1st, 2023.
We understand that buying uniforms in advance can be a challenge, especially since children grow at different rates. The goal is to always provide a comfortable and well-fitting uniform, so Anton Uniforms happily offers exchanges for up to two weeks after the start of the 2023-24 school year.
