Toshiba Copier Scan to Email In COLOR

Many of you are aware of this option, however some of you may not be. Our Toshiba Copiers allow you to scan in color. This can be very useful if you are sending copies of magazine articles or textbooks to your students with iPads.

To scan to email a document, on the copier press the scan button, then on the right of the screen is an option Called Scan Setting (Number 9 on this illustration)

After you press the Scan Setting options will open. If you choose Full Color or Autocolor, the press OK.

You are now ready to scan in color. Please remember Google imposes a 25Mb Limit on the size of email attachments. If you are using the Auto Color option, this will be dozens of pages.

Smartphone App of Interest

So you have a new smartphone, now what? Do you spend a lot of time at Wal-Mart? The Walmart smartphone app connects you to the Wal-Mart Savings Catcher. We are not endorsing the app, just FYI. For those of us that seem to spend our lives at Wal-Mart, the Savings Catcher does pay off in savings. Within ten days of your Wal-Mart purchases you simply scan your receipt with the app and the system will scan and look for better prices from competitors.
