Life at PMES is Sweet!

2023 is well underway and we have so many great events coming your way! Our Enchanted Garden Winter Dance and Mother-Son Night out are two of our most popular events and are fast approaching! Several of our grade levels have enjoyed Cultural Arts performances to supplement their learning in the classroom. We are also gearing up for our Spring Book Fair and Lunch with a Loved One. Be sure to mark your calendars for all of these upcoming events. We can't wait to see you!

PMES ENCHANTED GARDEN FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE, FEBRUARY 3RD FROM 7-9PM

The Puckett’s Mill PTA cordially invites all current PMES girls and their father, grandfather, uncle, or family escort to dance the night away in an enchanted garden! Dessert, a rocking DJ, photo booths, photographers, and special appearances by magical fairies will make this a night they will never forget!

Tickets sales for this fun-filled night ended on Tuesday, January 31st and boutonnieres and floral accessories (if purchased) will be sent home with students on Thursday, February 2nd. We can't wait to see everyone this Friday!

Lunch with a Loved One, February 6th-9th

Come enjoy a special lunch date with your student!

Parents, grandparents, and other special guests are invited to join us in the cafeteria during their student's lunch period. Each class has been assigned a specific day which has been communicated by your child's teacher. Each student is able to have a maximum of 2 guests.

Guests will sign in at the front office and meet their student outside of the cafeteria. When lunch is over, guests may accompany their student to the Media Center to shop at our Spring Book Fair.

Due to safety protocols, guests will not be allowed to visit the student's classroom or join them for recess. Once guests are done with lunch/shopping, they must exit the building.

MOTHER/SON NIGHT COMING SOON!

SAVE THE DATE! Come join us at the the NEW indoor Legacy Sports Complex in Suwanee on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24TH from 6-8pm for a night full of all the sports our guys love! We've got it all! Dodge ball, tug of war, football toss and MUCH, MUCH MORE! Plus, Mill Creek High School athletes will be on hand to sign autographs! Flyers are coming home in Friday Folders ON 2/2! Tickets can be purchased by sending in this form with cash or check (made payable to PMES PTA) and will also be available on our MemberHub site.

Attention 5th Grade Parents - Interested in what Osborne Middle School PTA volunteer opportunities look like? While events, responsibilities, and faces change, our middle school students and staff still count on the PTA to work behind the scenes, fundraising for grant programs, planning and putting on celebrations/school events, and to support in creating positive experiences that assist in social development. Our students still need YOU!

STAFF APPRECIATION FUND

The year may have just started, but our Hospitality Committee is already looking ahead to May! We are in need of donations to our Staff Appreciation fund to provide our teachers and staff with special lunches and treats for Teacher Appreciation Week and End of the Year. Our Hospitality Committee does a wonderful job of putting these events together for our teachers and staff and we want to make sure we end the year right!
