Novel Sales for 7th Grade ELA
If you have a 7th grade student, we have placed the novel, "Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry," on-line through
School Cash. If students would like to have a copy of their own novel to read and annotate in, payments can be made online. The cost of the book is $9.00. Students are also able to bring money directly to their ELA teacher. Purchase of the book is encouraged, but not required.
Spirit Shirts and Hoodies for Sale
We have a limited number of spirit shirts and hoodies left in stock. If your child would still like to purchase one, please let them know to stop by the 6th grade office to purchase one.

2017-2018 Year to Remember shirts are being sold at a discount rate of $5!
Cash or checks can be accepted. If you send a check, please make the check out to Krimmel Intermediate.
QUEST Period: Interventions and Enrichments
Our QUEST Period: Interventions and Enrichment groups start this week. Our QUEST period is 30 minutes each day. Every Monday all students stay in their 5th period class and there is a focus each Monday on a variety of topics like: Krimmel Core Values, College and Career Readiness, and Character Education.
Tuesdays-Fridays teachers can draft kids into groups based on things like additional help in core content areas based on classroom performance or weekly assessment data for example. However, teachers can also draft kids into enrichment groups like, but not limited to, mixed choir, coding, club officer meetings, leadership academy, Krimmel Knights Live, Name that Book, The Rampart (Student Led Literary Magazine) just to name a few! If there is a day a student isn't drafted, their invited to the cafeteria where they're monitored and can work on homework, study for any tests or quizzes, read a book of their choice, etc.
The goal is for teachers to be able to reach students, during the school day, to provide targeted interventions as well as offer enrichment activities to get kids more involved in activities at school.
QUEST Rosters are uploaded into Schoology each Monday for students so they know where to report each day of the week.
