Steamed Carrots Roasted Carrots

Cook 8-10 mins Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Large pot of boiling water Place carrots into baking dish

heat butter nonstick skillet Drizzle with olive oil

add garlic and ginger to pan Mix until carrots are completely covered with the oil

stir constantly!!! Bake for 40 mins to 1 hour!!!
