Attendance Matters. Did you know....?
Research shows that missing 10 percent of the school, or about 18 days in most school districts, negatively affects a student’s academic performance. That’s just two days a month and that’s known as chronic absence.

Jayson Gatica - MS Student of the Month
What teachers are saying about Jayson...
“Jayson took it upon himself to befriend a new student who was extremely anxious about coming to class. Jayson not only waited with the student in the office, he made sure the other student knew where to sit and what the class was doing. Later in the day, I saw Jayson walking and talking to the same student and I am sure it made a difference. Being the new kid is hard. Thanks Jayson for helping him out"
This made a huge difference and is a great example of what we would like to see in our students. Jayson also has all A’s in his 6 classes. Great start to middle school, keep it up!!
From the desk of Ms. Murray
We want to remind parents that the Middle School office is closed during lunchtime (11:00-11:30 am). If you need assistance during this time, please go to the High School Office.
We understand that over the past 2 years, many places were trying to reduce the number of people in and out of buildings. However, given the age of our students and the distance from the parking lot, we are requiring parents to sign their children out in person. There are a lot of people coming and going from our buildings on a daily basis and we want to make sure that our kids get from place to place safely.

Myleigh Rohner - HS Student of the Month
What teachers are saying about Myleigh...
“Another student was struggling with anxiety during class and took a walk in the hallway to calm down. After a few minutes, Myleigh found her in the hall, consoled her, and brought her back to class when she was ready. Myleigh showed exemplary kindness and leadership without being asked.”
Myleigh showed us another example of the power of kindness. She did this all on her own and was another fantastic example of kindness and its power. Myleigh currently has all A’s as well, with 5 of them being 100% Keep up the great work!!
