MJS Class of 2016

A Newsletter for All Things 8th Grade

Week of February 22, 2016

So many great things have been happening at Mayfield! The week before break was jam-packed with exciting events. The 8th grade processed thousands of love gram orders, sang dozens of singing telegrams (including a grand finale to all the faculty and staff), and raised a generous sum for Reach Out. On Wednesday, the 8th grade led a meaningful Ash Wednesday Prayer Service and distributed ashes to everyone in attendance. On Thursday, we participated in the annual Mix it Up Lunch, helping to spread the "Wave of Kindness." And finally on Friday, we were overjoyed to celebrate Mass with our Grandparents and Special Friends! The Class of 2016 is really leaving its mark here at MJS!
