Message from Dr. Harmer
Hello Eagleville Families,
Mindfulness Day was a huge success! Thanks to Ms. Shaw and the staff for organizing and running some of the stations. Students experienced Therapy Dogs, Bunnies, and Fish along with yoga and monitoring of their heartbeats. We started the day with an all school assembly reviewing the Eagleville rules of being safe, kind, respectful, and responsible. We also had a sing along lead by Mr. Keffer and Mrs. Stanko. Stay tuned for a big announcement in regards to recognition of students and staff next week!

New Five Day Schedule
All the elementary schools will be operating on a five day (1,2,3,4,5) day cycle. The first day of school in day 1, the second day of school is day 2, etc. This will prevent students from missing certain classes that happen on certain days of the week. The link below will give you the days numbered for the entire year.

Bus and Car Rider Backpack Tag
We highly recommend writing down your child’s bus number or if they are a car rider (Write this on the How I get Home line) and attaching it to their backpack (luggage tags work great for this, you can find them at the dollar store). This will greatly assist students at dismissal time. Many students (even fourth graders), forget their bus number by the end of their first day. If you don’t have a tag, you can make one on paper with this template.

Attendance
If your child is absent/tardy, please call the Child Check Line at 610-831-5325 and give your child’s name, grade, teacher’s name and a reason for the absence. Your child is considered “unexcused” until we receive that information. If we not receive a message from you, we will “attempt” to reach you.
Important Bus Rider Information
Just a reminder that students must ride home on the buses that they are assigned. Notes from the parents giving them permission to ride home on another bus is not permissible. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

All visitors to the building must have a valid driver's license or US passport when volunteering and signing in or signing out your child.
Student Birthdays
Due to food allergy reasons, we are not permitting edible birthday treats to be brought into school. We realize that birthdays are special to our students and families. We appreciate your support.
