Ophthalmologist: May need to see for blurred vision and eye sight
Nutritionist: Helps to keep a stable balance diet.

By running, walking, dancing, gardening, playing tennis or golf helps to lower the blood glucose and increases insulin sensitivity also controls your weight and heart problems.
How to monitor your blood sugar levels
You should check your blood sugar levels when after eating. Insert test tube into meter, Use your lancing device on the side of your fingertip to get a drop of blood, then touch and hold the edge of the test tube of the drop of blood and wait for the results.
