Elementary Parent Conferences
January 16, 2018
Dear Parents,
The end of the second marking period is fast approaching and it is time to plan for 20-week conferences. The information for this year’s conferences is as follows:
Conferences will be scheduled for PreK-6 students on Thursday, February 1st . A notice will be sent home if your child’s teacher has requested a conference. You can make an appointment for a conference even if the teacher did not request a conference.
Parent Conferences can be scheduled by calling Mrs. Courtney Parmeter in the elementary office. Twenty minute meetings will be scheduled. (If more time is needed, an additional conference can be scheduled.) Efforts will be made to make the scheduling as easy as possible for parents with more than one child in grades PreK-6. Please call Mrs. Parmeter no later than Tuesday, January 30th at 497-6611 Ext. # 2503, to set up your appointment.
Students will be dismissed at 11:30am and busses will depart at 11:30 am on Thursday, February 1st.
Latchkey will offer extended hours on February 1st. Children may stay from 11:30 until 5:30 for the regular daily fee of $7.00 per child.
Report cards will be sent home with students on Friday, February 2nd.
Thank you for your continued support.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Nicole Calnon

Recognition
The last few years Senator Betty Little has sent our school copies of pictures and articles that show up in a local newspaper. The items are laminated and accompanied with a letter from Ms. Little. This past week we received letters for five of our students. This is such a nice thing. The students enjoy getting this mail.
Rock of Ages
Mr. Breault is also sharing information for the performers about rehearsal track. Members of the musical are invited to check out his directions.
