When you feel good about your self it's easier to handle all the ups and downs in your life. And it's also healthy to have someone to talk to every once in a while. Also a # one health fact would be getting enough sleep every night no matter what. That helps with the people who aren't morning people or just don't like getting out of bed in the first place. A hobby gives you something to do while your bored like using yoga or some kind of excercise to help you relax. But anyway that keeps you healthy works.
Mental Health
Mental health is the state of your emotional well being. So every time you feel stressed or tired that effects your mental health. And when your feeling like you have nothing that you really need to do and relax that's good.
Your Feelings
Your feelings are when you feel sad,happy,mad,depressed any emotion that you feel has to do with this. So your health controlling this is very important. Anything having to do with health is the most important factor in your life. Without health their would be nothing to take care which means diseases would spread very easily. In conclusion takeing care of your body would one of the most important things you do through your whole lifetime.
