celebrating 25 years of excellence in catholic education
alleluia! He is risen!
happy easter!
Theme for the Year: Goodness
Our Motto: Teaching the Mind...Nourishing the Soul
At St. Joseph Catholic School, we are striving to become missionary disciples, recognizing the goodness of God in our lives and in the world around us, each and every day.
Our Mission and Vision Statements
Mission:
St. Joseph Catholic School provides students with a safe and prayerful learning environment, enveloped by an intimate community of active and faithful families.
Vision:
Catholic schools in the Diocese of Fort Worth are committed to opening the doors so that our students can reach further than the walls that would otherwise enclose them and therefore are able to recognize and cherish the eternal and transcendental goods of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
From the principal
Our teachers have tried very hard to not skip a beat, and in partnership with you, our Knight parents, navigate some rough waters to continue Catholic education. I was already proud of their work earlier in the year, and am very proud of all their recent efforts! I cannot guarantee what tomorrow will bring, but I can guarantee that our dedicated teachers will continue to be here for you, continue to provide your family with a Catholic education, continue to work one-on-one with you to meet your needs, and to partner with you through the journey.
The best teachers are ones who never stop learning. Our teachers have learned a lot these past months and have grown in ways they may never have anticipated. Perhaps, we can all make this same statement in our own lives. Maybe there is a rainbow in all of this somewhere? I pledge to you that we will continue to partner with you in efforts to further streamline and improve upon distance learning. We are learning what works, and what may not work.
What the fall will bring is still not crystal clear. We are praying to all be back together under one roof. Until then, rest assured that our teachers, staff, and administration will always be looking for new ways to teach and nurture the students of St. Joseph Catholic School.
May God bless our teachers!
