How do our bones connect?
They are connected to bones by tough, cord-like tissues called tendons.
How much does it weigh?
Roughly 10 kilos.
What is the strongest bone?
The femur.
How much bones in an adults body?
206 bones.
How do our legs and arms move?
With muscles.
What is the smallest bone?
the ear bone.
what is the weakest bone?
The collar bone.
How much bones does a baby have?
300 bones.
What happens to the baby`s bones?
They fuse to 206 as they grow.
Why is the skeletal system important?
It holds us together and protects organs in our body.
Why do we need the skeletal system?
So we don`t damage organs to easily and don`t end up in a pile of skin.
Are there any organs in the skeletal system?
No there is not.
What is the longest bone?
The femur.
