Inspirations....
Flatonia Elementary Memo
Inspired this week by Kelly Schacherl!
Kelly is an inspiration because her vibrance for teaching and learning is contagious! She has shown that her own excitement for learning encourages her students to also have an amazement and wonder of their own.
Kelly's classroom is always friendly and busy with students on task and working to please their teacher. Her expectations are clear, and she helps students to find ways of being successful in her classroom.
Kelly has also been a part of the RtI Team this year, and her involvement and eagerness to learn and help has made the RtI discussion more focused and directed to all grade levels needs.
Kelly is such an asset to our campus, and her contributions to us all are an inspiration!

StuCo Door Decorating Contest
This year Elementary Student Council will be holding a holiday door decorating contest! The two buildings will be judged individually. Student Council would like each building to come to a consensus on either of these two themes:
"Make the Grinch's Heart Grow!" -decorate so that you'd make the Grinch smile.
"Holiday Around the World"- decorate in a fashion that represents the way a certain culture celebrates the holiday season.
There will be one grand prize winner in each hallway, and the prizes are- Building A: popcorn party & Building B: a day out of dress code.
Decorating can begin when we return from the Thanksgiving Holiday, and judging will take place on December 14th...ample time to prepare and decorate ;)
We look forward to your ideas and tinsel!!
