What causes the condition and how does it affect your daily life?
A Cause of the condition are an enzyme called tissue transglutaminase changes the gluten into a chemical that cause an immune responses leading to inflammation in the lining of the small intestine.
It affects you daily life by you body having a reaction to gluten which causes you to feel sick.
What system does it affect in your body? Celiac affects your small intestine
What happens in the cells that cause this condition?
Your immune system attacks the cell in the lining of the small intestine.

An immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat rye and barley
What are treatments and is there a cure for the condition?
There is no cure for celiac disease.
Treatment is a prescription of lifelong diet of gluten elimination
The long term affect to havering celiac disease is not being able to eat gluten
