The long-awaited day is almost here! A few more reminders for our Christmas program this weekend:
Arrival
We hope to see all of you this Saturday for our presentation of "Away in a Manger." The program will begin at 4:30 PM. We are asking that all students meet in the chapel at 3:00. You may enter through the outside door closest to the church parking lot. It will be open, and staff will be there to direct you. Students will be putting on their costumes once they arrive.

Costumes
Actors in the play have all been assigned their costumes. Please see the details below:
5th-8th Actors in Bible Costumes: may wear white, khaki, brown, or black colors to go underneath their costumes.
Shoes: For shoes, they may wear sandals, slides, or flip flops.
1st-4th Angels/Angel Gabriel: wear white colors underneath their costumes. If they don’t have white bottoms (pants or skirts), they can wear white leggings, stockings, tights, or khaki pants. Boys may wear white or khaki pants. Please wear white socks or stockings. They will not be wearing shoes during the program.
Narrators: They need to dress in church clothes with Christmas colors (red, white, green). Girls-dresses or skirts. Boys- dress shirts, suit, and tie.
Morning Program
This Saturday, the church will be doing a Sabbath School program just for kids, followed by a Christmas program entitled: “A Gift for You and Me”. The Sabbath School program begins at 10:00 AM, and the program begins at 11:00 AM. Everyone is invited to come and stay for the whole day. Lunch will be provided immediately following the program. If you can’t attend in the morning, just make sure that your child arrives at 3:00 for our afternoon program.
Late Dismissal-Monday 12/12 @ 3:30
On Monday, December 12th, we will be having another special program presented by our Afterschool Imagination Zone. Money Mondays by Wells Fargo is a financial literacy program for kids that will begin at 2:00 and will end at 3:30. Due to this, we will have a late dismissal on Monday. Please plan to pick up at 3:30. If you have any conflicts ,you may pick up at the regular time, just call the school and let us know.
It's Almost Time to Re-Enroll!!
Attention School Families! Just after you return from the Christmas holidays, we will be unveiling our latest easy to use strategy for re-enrolling your student at school for next school year. It may be a little different than in previous years. Please stay tuned to the communications you will be receiving to take advantage of early re-enrollment!

Online Fruit Fundraiser-Ends Sunday
The online fruit fundraiser is still open so that everyone can have the opportunity to benefit from the fresh and yummy fruit for the holiday season! This will be for online orders only. STEM Fair Projects
Project topic, question, and hypothesis were due today. Students who have not yet completed this, need to do so ASAP. The next due date is January 9th. Please continue to encourage the students to work on this project a little bit each week so they can be ready for the fair on February 2.
All students in 3rd-8th grades are required to complete a STEM Fair Project. 1st-2nd graders will do a group project in class. Teachers will guide students and set due dates, but the students are expected to complete the majority of this project at home. Please see the parents guide and the STEM fair journal packet below for more information.

Students who win our local fair will move on to compete in the AEC finals on March 26th.
Tuition Payments
A friendly reminder that tuition is due on the 15th of every month. For those who are signed up for FACTS, you may continue to pay online. If you have not signed up for FACTS yet, you may continue paying on CashApp for now. Please keep your account current to avoid any late fees or penalties.
