This Week:
- Update the Unity Night Performance & Project spreadsheet to include the performance and art project you will do during Unity Night on December 11th.
- Enter requests for Report Card Support (more info on report cards below in resources).
- Complete Report Cards by Monday, December 7th at 10am. See the Report Cards 15-16 Drive folder for all the information you need, including everything from this week's PD such as the TCN Report Card Guide (including resources from other grades).
- Do you need Words Their Way (WTW) books? Enter your needs into the TCN WTW Needs Tracker 15-16 by Friday, December 4th, after you administer your WTW Spelling Inventory.
This Month:
- Red/Yellow Card Tracker - Please use this tracker, saved on Drive, to update your students' red and yellow cards.
- Books for Classrooms! Every classroom is receiving 100-150 books. Make sure you reference this email from Maddie to make sure the books are ready for students by winter break.

- Reimbursement Forms - Click here for a link to the OUSD Reimbursement Form. If you are not already set up as an external vendor, you will need to fill out this form as well.

- Book Fair: December 7 - 11, TCN/ICS Library. See this document to sign up to take your class for a preview. Students can shop after school only. Regular library will not take place during the Book Fair.
- Unity Night - mark your calendars for TCN's annual Unity Night on Friday, December 11th, 5:00pm - 7:00pm. More info to come!
- Nutcracker Performs at TCN - Once again, we are lucky to have the Nutcracker come to TCN for a short performance. It will be held in the gym Tuesday, December 15, from 9:00am - 9:45am.
- Family Math Night - Get ready! Math Night is coming...Thursday, February 25 from 5:30-6:30. The goal of this evening is to make it an engaging event where families feel excited about doing math at home and supporting their students. After the new year, we will share more information about the format and schedule of the event. - Oakland Running Festival - March 20, 2016. Believe it or not, March will be here before we know it. Last year, a group of teachers/staff/families from TCN participated in the 5k at the Oakland Running Festival. We'd love to get a group going again this year, so mark your calendars!
