Come see what your child is learning about Leadership! This event is for adults/parents to learn more about the Leader in Me Program & the 7 Habits. Childcare is available for school-aged children & receive a Homework Pass for attending.

Chandler Education Foundation
Tax Credit & ECA Fees
Reduce your tax bill & benefit our school by contributing to qualifying activities, such as Field Trips, after-school activities, instructional programs, and much more!! Your generous contribution helps students become involved in meaningful & life-enhancing activities. The funds go directly to the schools/programs you designate. ECA Fees qualify towards your $200/$400 tax contribution limit.
**Arizona law ARS 43-1089.01 enables taxpayers a tax credit contribution of up to $400 per calendar year if filing status is Married, filing Joint Return; $200 per calendar year if filing status is Single or Head of Household; and, $200 per calendar year if filing status is Married filing separate return — for contributions that fund extracurricular activities in public schools. A tax credit is a full refund, not a deduction.
CUSD Community Education
The Community Education Department provides a variety of academic, enrichment & recreation activities for the students of the Chandler Unified School District. Through Community Education, kids can choose activities just for them, ranging from:
- Enrichment classes
- Before/after school care
- Ages 0-5 early childhood development programs
- Summer & Intersession Camps
- Facility & Field Rentals
- Chandler Sports League
- Summer Academy Classes
- Camps & Clinics
- Community Seminars

From the Front Office
- In the Front & South parking lots, parents are welcome to Park & Walk their student(s)
- Vehicles MUST park in a space before student(s) enter/exit the vehicle
- Student(s) must be accompanied by an adult when walking through the parking lot
- As you are waiting for a parking spot, students MAY NOT exit the vehicle & walk to the crosswalk
- Utilize crosswalks when walking onto campus & through parking lots
Regular attendance & punctual arrival at school are two habits that dramatically impact student achievement.
- If a student arrives for school after 8:40am, the student must report to the Front Office with an adult. The student will be given a pass to take to the classroom teacher.
- Students leaving school before 3:10pm must be signed out in the Front Office by an authorized adult. Please be prepared to show identification
It is very important that the school is notified as soon as possible when your child is absent. Please contact the Attendance Line or Mrs. Ginny Lamar at (480) 424-8403 to report your child's absence.
Your child may not be in school & will be sent home by the Health Assistant. Below are examples of condition(s) that require students to remain at home:
- Fever of 100.4 or Higher. A child must be fever-free for 24 hours (without fever reducing medication) before returning to school.
- Persistent Cough
- Sore Throat with Fever &/or White Spots
- Active Head Lice
An updated copy of immunization records are due upon enrollment. The Health Office will contact families with upcoming &/or expired records.

What's for Lunch?
Guests are welcome to join their students in the cafeteria & enjoy lunch together. Upon arriving to Auxier, please check-in at the Front Office & obtain a visitors badge. Family tables are located in the center of the Cafeteria to provide ample eating space. Students are welcome to invite 1 friend to Parent Table to join them for lunch. The Lunch Schedule is provided below for all grade levels.
PTO Meeting: August 15th
The first PTO Meeting of the year will be held in the Library on Thursday, August 15th at 5:00pm. This is a great way to learn more about the PTO, volunteer opportunities, & how to support Auxier. All parents are welcome to attend & will receive a raffle ticket for Spirit Wear!!

This is a great opportunity for students to become involved in the school & develop their leadership skills. Students interested in joining an Action Team received information &/or an application to be returned to their classroom teacher.
