Leadership Resource of the Week
Everyone has a story to tell. Whether it be good, bad, or ugly turning your life experiences into something people can relate to is essential to your growth as a leader. This past week Diamond Leader Ziong Zhao facilitated a DLP workshop “Leading Through Storytelling” in order to help others learn how “inform, engage, and inspire.”
An interview posted on Linkedin Pulse by Liz Ryan, Founder and CEO of Human Workplace, titled “How Jessica Broke the Rules and Saved Her Career” is an excellent example of how to use storytelling to inspire.
